Title: Assistant Officer, CPO Office
Reports to: Manager, Design for impact and Monitoring & Evaluation
Ensure that appropriate programmatic administration and operational support is provided to the Chief Program Officer’s Office, and work closely with program supporting team;
Assist the Manager to coordinate with different program teams on program management, including plan and track the periodical monitoring and evaluations for programs and projects, facilitate the development of masterplans process, and support the annual reporting of the office;
Undertake the CPO Office’s administrative affairs including contracts management, translation, meeting coordination and logistics, and other routine administrative work;
Management of procurement process: maintain efficient contract and supplier management; ensure contract and supplier data accuracy and compliance; facilitate to finish the routing slip to ensure timely signoff of the contracts; promote sole source application process and build up trusted partner database; and also other tasks as required;
Calendar management for Chief Program Officer;
Complete other assignment as requested by the supervisor.
Bachelor degree or above in related field;
Experience on program administration and conference organizing are highly preferred;
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team;
Ability to learn in a rapidly changing environment, and willingness to update professional knowledge and skills;
Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Excel;
Proficient in English and Chinese, both writing and communication skills.
This is for D4I and M&E team under the Chief Program Officer’s Office. Assistant Officer needs to:
Closely working with Program Supporting Team members.
Regularly contact with Practice Heads and M&E focal points in different programs.
