Give2Asia Beijing Representative Office is soliciting applications for the full time position ofProgram & Administration Assistant, based in Beijing.


Give2Asia strengthens the work of Asia-based organizations by building partnerships and providing private funding to locally-identified projects. These projects promote Education, Healthcare, Employment, Environmental Sustainability of Communities, and Disaster Resiliency.


Give2Asia was established in 2001 as a U.S.-based public charity to bring private international funding to charitable groups in Asia. The goal of Give2Asia’s funding has been to strengthen programs inside of countries that help society and overcome a variety of challenges that contribute to poverty. Give2Asia has raised a total of $300 million in gifts and donations from 15,000 corporates, foundations, and individual donors, supporting projects of 1,700 community partners in 25 Asian countries and regions.


So far, Give2Asia has provided over $76 million to support charitable programs for over 200 nonprofit organizations in mainland China, covering areas of education, public health, poverty alleviation and economic development, environmental protection, assistance for the disabled, promotion and preservation of traditional Chinese culture, disaster relief, capacity building for nonprofit organizations, investment on innovative projects, etc.

Program & Administration Assistant

The Program & Administration Associate will be responsible for supporting program managers in managing Give2Asia grants, to provide program-related supports as well as other assignments such as translation and research works. The Program & Administration Associate will also support in administration works assigned to help the daily operation of the China office. In cooperation with the China office team, the Program & Administration Associate will be responsible for the following:


Key Responsibilities

Program management support.

Provide supports on grantees’ due diligence, proposal and budget development, review proposals and budgets and reports, and provide recommendations to program managers;

Prepare Grant Agreements package and look after the standard procedural steps according to grant management flowchart;

Maintain the hardcopy and softcopy of grant files;

Track grants portfolio, including follow-up on Grant Agreements, grant funds transfers and due report, and regularly fill in the grant management sheets;

Facilitate effective communication and support between Give2Asia and grantee organizations under the guidance of program managers;

Help program manager to provide high-quality stewardship to donors and China-based representatives of donors, as requested;

Translate grant related working documents.


Administration support.

Provide supports to Office Managers on tasks assigned;

Provide secretariat & administrative support to China Representative;

Provide in general marketing support such as newsletters/brochure, and assist team in preparation of presentations or marketing collateral including general translation work, printing etc.



To complete other tasks and duties as requested.



University degree required and Master degree preferred.Degrees in international development, business or management, education, public health, political science, English, or related social science fields preferred but not required;

Advanced fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese;

Well-organized, self-motivated and able to manage multi-tasks with excellent quality in efficient working pace and dynamic environment;

Quick learner and strong interest in the social issue and development in China, and dedication to China philanthropy sector in solving social issue;

Excellent skills on Microsoft Office are required.
